I was delighted to review the Kettler Teddy Bike Seat because it’s he only one I found that will hold a child over 40-lbs, it has a 50-lb weight limit. Elliot is almost 4 has just hit 40 lbs, so the other child bike seats wouldn’t work for us.
Buy Kettler Flipper Bike Seat, Great bike seat for my 6 yo and my 3 yo. Surprisingly strong and is particularly great since it works on just about any bike including my vintage road bike that has none of the usually required eyelets or mounts for a rack/rack-mounted child seat. And it only leaves a very small mount on the frame when the seat is not on...barely noticeable. Couldn't be happier. As for the problems of bounciness described by others. I wonder if ther were installation probs... Installation can be hard, especially getting the seat all the way onto the metal slider rack. But I was able to do it with the hels of a large flathead screwdriver which I used as a ramp to allow the plastic seat to slide over the metal pieces on the frame. If it weren't for that, the seat would have hung too far back ans WOULD have been bouncy.

Buy Kettler Flipper Bike Seat, benefit : I am 5 foot 3 and sadly the stem on my bike that this seat attaches to needs to be taller to work. I do have a pannier rack and one of the reasons I chose this model was that I thought I would be able to use my pannier rack in conjunction with this seat. It looked like you could in the picture. However the seat bumped into the rack and I'm not convinced it would have worked even without my rack. So if you are short and you don't want to waste your time, choose the copilot limo. I bought that after this one didn't work and it worked great.
