Nickelodeon, the number one entertainment brand for kids and Rainbow Communications invite Hiawatha-area kids to meet Dora star of Nickelodeon’s preschool phenomenon Dora The Explorer, on Saturday, Sept. 17 at the Maple Leaf Festival.
Its contemporary relevance doesn’t make this movie any more interesting. It just floats by on flat characters and predictable gags, a functional distraction for kids who are bound to forget it as soon as they hit the next episode of Dora The Explorer.
DORA THE EXPLORER is about a young girl and her companion, a monkey named Boots, who are always on the go. They travel over rivers and mountains to reach whatever goal has been set for a particular episode. Dora gets help from her trusty talking backpack full of necessary items and her map, which illustrates the obstacles between Dora and her goal. When Dora reaches her destination, she and Boots break out in song and dance, exclaiming "We did it, we did it!"
Bring the world of Dora right to your child’s room and they can feel like they’re part of the adventure! Like all of our Fatheads and other Nickelodeon Fatheads, they’re so much easier to put up than wallpaper because you just peel it off the sheet and stick it on the wall. You can move it and reuse it anytime and it won't damage your wall. It goes up in just minutes too. No Dora the Explorer Poster can compare to a Dora the Explorer Fathead Wall Graphic!
