Peggy Carter Mittens are part of my Fan Girl Hands series that I’m super excited about! Skye Wrist Warmers are available now and Agent Simmons Mitts are coming soon!
The Peggy Carter mittens are utilitarian yet chic just like the post-war late 1940s fashion she wears with such style in the TV series. After years of austerity and rationing during the war, women started to have more choices and a return of luxury items. Agent Carter’s signature vibrant red lipstick hints at what is hidden under her office girl exterior until her all male co-workers can see the real Agent Carter and her awesome skills.
